LINKEDIN LAWSUIT
"A federal district judge has ordered LinkedIn to face a lawsuit that alleges the social network violated user privacy by accessing their external email accounts and downloading their contacts' addresses."
You can visit a website and they can download your contact list. LinkedIn is notorious for this!
Some email servers are easier to download from than others. Yahoo was hacked several months ago. Google: "yahoo email hacked".
I hear more complaints about Yahoo email. I like AOL's screen layout. Very intuitive.

I go through the same problem with my yahoo email. Changed password several times and been good for the past couple of months, then yesterday my wife said she got spam from it.
I have a Gmail for all my important accounts though
