Smart vacuum that covers the most area?

I personally have a Roomba 650 and it works great for my home and what I need it for. My in-laws are looking to get one to do their downstairs which is fairly large and I was wondering which smart vacuum covers the MOST area while still doing a good job. Not partial to roomba or botvac etc. and money is not a factor. Thanks in advance.

I don't know how Neato stacks up to Roomba so I won't make a suggestion, but you should know that Neato is about to drop a couple new connected models that are looking pretty good.
Neat D3 ($400) and D5 ($600)

Connected meaning WiFi connected. So yes, it'll have a smart phone app.

So are you saying that the Botvac covers more area than the roombo or just that botvac is coming out with the new models soon?
