You can order a kit off amazon for like $30-40. Takes less than an hour

I did mine. Screwed up something - can't hear when I have it up to my face. Too damned lazy to take it apart again.
Anyone know what I did wrong? I can only use my earpiece or it on speakerphone. Time to upgrade anyway.

yeah the speaker got disconnected. theres not reall a plug, but its more like a copper contact that has to be aligned correctl. Same thing happened to me after replacing a screen recently
