Sending Galaxy S5 into Samsung for repairs.

I just got done chatting with the tech support on Samsung's website and will be shipping my phone to them to fix. Some software issues; freezing, restarting, etc.

Has anybody here had experience with them as far as repairs go? They seem to be on the ball so far really quick and easy chat and they sent me a UPS shipping label to my email and set it all up to get done.

I sent my S4 in to get the screen repaired and it didn't take long at all. I think it was supposed to be like 2 weeks but wound up being way less than that.

The only experience I have with Samsung repairs is for a point and shoot camera 8 years ago. It would take 2-3 months to get it back and the same part broke 3 different times.
