Samsung Plasma TV Repair Question

I have a 64" Samsung smart TV. Sometimes when you turn it on,the screen stays black and the red standby light in the lower left corner stays on. The consensus on the internet is that it is a power supply problem that can be fixed by changing out two capacitors. I do not want to try this myself. Any help on where to have this done reasonably in the Prairieville or Baton Rouge area would be greatly appreciated. TIA

My TV does this as well. Makes a clicking noise until it comes on. When it started, it took about 20 seconds to turn on. It now takes between 10 minutes and 3 hours to turn on(I have a new TV).
