U can't delete it so u moved it to another app and created a folder.

Only way to fix is by smashing your phone and getting it replaced.

It may be in a folder. Slide to the right.

Fine folks on the tech board could help you. But yeah you probably accidentally hid it in a folder.

Ok. Found it on a page by itself. No clue how it got there. How do I get it back to the bottom. This phone doesn't make the apps vibrate so you can move them by holding one down like my old iPhone.

You have one of those magic phones like my mom. Stuff just disappears and moves and the email doesn't work. Strange they must sell those to people over 60 only.

Like they say, it's best to let it go, if it comes back around, that's how you know.

How do they not wiggle to be moved? I'm pretty sure that's a standard iPhone function. And yeah this sounds like my grandma whose apps "get lost" or "disappear" daily.

When I hold it down it just pops up a box that says new tab, private tab, show bookmarks, show reading list.

Go back and ask for your money and your old phone. You'll never figure this one out

You're activating 3D Touch. Don't apply any pressure and the apps will wiggle like normal. It can be a little tricky at times but you'll get used to it.

Phate is right. I forgot they have different levels of touch now. Press lightly to be able to move the apps

Hold it down and drag it to edge of wherever it is and it will go to next page.
