Roku troubleshooting help

Anyone know how to resolve an error code 305 for showtime app? Anyone knows what it means? Tried to do a search, but unsuccessful at finding a resolution. I also sent Showtime a message, but waiting for them to respond. Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes. I just saw on the Roku site showtime is having trouble today, but Roku is stating that it's error code 320. Not sure if it's in the same ball park as 305.

Could be the app you downloaded as well. Sho has 2 - Showtime and Showtime Anytime.

One worked well for me one didnt. I think I have the anytime one

It's the anytime one. Chatting with the Roku agent right now.

Did they have a solution? I had good luck once with getting help via Roku's chat customer service.

It's an error on showtime's end. They are usually pretty good, but sometimes it's a long wait to get the customer service help.
