I don't think this will work.
The PS4 won't have the drivers necessary to get it working.

In the interest if full disclosure, I'm just stating an opinion without having ever tried it.
But my guess is that that wouldn't work either. Maybe do a quick google search with your aircard type and PS4. Maybe there is a way.

get an aircard that is a standalone hotspot.

I did this when I was in training with a hot spot bc the wifi didn't reach my room. So i did it so I could play my ps3 online in the dorms, along with streaming non stop.
450 dollars later for one month i learned my lesson.
