Power restored--now youtube not opening on smart tv--please help!

Power outage sunday afternoon; was restored about two hours later. I have AT&T u-verse wireless, an LG smart tv, and and LG blue ray player that lets me access netflix, pandora, youtube, etc. After power was restored and AT&T finally cleared up their business, everything is up and running except for youtube. When I choose the youtube app, a message pops up and says something like "cannot access this channel."
I even signed on to my youtube account on my laptop (same wireless coverage) just to see if that would make a difference and it did not. Of course, I powered down everything and powered up again and that didn't help either.
Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply but the app is "built into" the system. The day I bought it and turned it on, all the apps just popped up; they were pre-loaded. The app icons seem permanent if that makes any sense.
