I am in Houston at my in laws house. They do not have cable or dish. Here is what I have at my disposal:

HD TV
Tablet
Chrome cast
Roku
I have direct tv at home which catches SECN.

Is there a way for me to log into my direct tv and watch it via chrome cast?

Thanks folks.

Why don't you go to a bar?

Because we are here for my daughter's birthday and I don't think it would be appropriate to leave and go to a bar.

Sling TV through the Roku. They're having a free trial right now.

Call a friend back home who has cox and ask to borrow their cox email and password. Watch it on secn or espn3 on roku.

Sling tv through some device. Then it isn't on sling. You need to use your sling tv sign-in to then use the watchespn app.

SEC+ has the LSU game which can be accessed using the watchespn app with you sling login.

As people said, free trial so you can cancel tomorrow/

You can use your direct tv login for espn3 on any device from anywhere.

Your in laws suck.

Anyway, just hook the roku up and sign it with your direct account. Not hard

you can use your roku and watch off the espn app there.

or you can use the watchespn app from your smartphone and fling it to your chromecast

i would actually just do the later.. just make sure your chromecast and your phone are on the same wifi internet.. and when you load the game on your phone click on the screen and use to airplay button to select your chromecast to fling it to your tv with the chromecast hooked up.. once loaded you can even close out your app on your phone and it will still play.

the game with be under the secn+ section on the watchespn app
