Phasing out analog channels?

So, Cox has announced this. Will Suddenlink follow? I've never gotten a box for a couple of our TVs. I guess it will be nice to have all HD on those.

I moved to acadiana area and I finally pulled the trigger on a Mohu Leaf (I just learned about these this week)
I have a subscriber login for ESPN but next year I'll probably get slingTV for ESPN/SECn.
I cut the cord 4 years ago as one of the early adopters and I've never looked back

I mostly cut the cord. I was told dropping all cable and phone would cause my internet to be more expensive than basic with phone and internet.
I already use Hulu, Prime and Netflix and I was planning on adding sling during football season. So I am just about there.
