Has anyone else been dealing with this issue? I believe it coincided with iOS 10. But while I receive work (Outlook/Exchange) or personal (G-Mail & iCloud) e-mails to my iPhone with no issue, the body will not display.

I can select, "Reply," or "Reply To All," and then "load previous message," and up the e-mail itself comes. But no dice when I just select the e-mail I want to read.

I deleted the app once and then downloaded again and the first e-mail I received the issue was gone. But the 2nd e-mail I opened I saw the same issue, and it's been ongoing ever since.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I don't see it online when I search Google, etc.

At work we evaluated the Outlook app for android and ios, but it was our recommendation for users to just use the native phone email app. I don't use the outlook app. Have you checked the settings for the "message preview" option?

I use the outlook app (not OWA) and have had zero issues.

I am running 10.0.2

Are you using OWA or Outlook? The two can be confusing.

have you restarted the phone since reinstalling the app? (Just a shot in the dark)

I had all kinds of issues when I upgraded to ios10. I changed to Spark which is very similar in functionality and am happy.
