Outlook 2013 on Office 365 hangs when moving email to a large folder

Any ideas??? Of my 20 users it only seems to happen to those with an E3 plan(Also my volume users). Business Premium users don't seem to have an issue. My only thought is it has something to do with the archive no idea how to fix it though. Mailboxes are in the 10+GB range. Have tried caching 1 year,2 years and all mail. didn't seem to help.

Try doing it through webmail.
