Netflix question?

My son watches netflix on our Apple TV in our living room. We just bought a tv for the guest room and bought another Apple TV for him to watch his cartoons on netflix. For some reason every cartoon he tries to watch says error or unable to watch but it works in our living room. Has anybody had the same problem or a solution? Thanks

I have wifi for both. The router and modem are in the guest room with the Netflix that is not working. I can use everything on Apple TV but that one.

odd... app need updating? or anything on smart tv need updating?

I updated the Apple TV because at first watchespn didn't work now it does but I don't think the samsung is a smart tv but I hope it works soon just like the watchespn did.

I have a Apple TV in the living room and in the guest room and both tvs are samsung and both are not smart tvs.

Return them and get a Roku 3 or Amazon Fire.
