Need Help With Password Protecting Files

I have to send hard copy of electronic documents to an architect, and he wants it password protected. Trying to figure this out.

There definitely is a way. I have one. I think I bought it that way. It's a scan disk drive.

Ask him, obviously he knows how.

I assume it worked..? Huge point of Acrobat is the encryption..You only need reader to open it on the other end too..
