Need help picking led TV

Replacing tv in a kids play room used for Xbox one gaming and u verse hd. Sitting about four feet away. 28 inch 720p insignia, or 24 inch Samsung. Same features and price.

nothing..and i mean NOTHING beats the $298 50" hisense LED deal from a couple years ago at walmart.
i regret i didnt buy more than one..they have 4 in stock and i had 2 friends each get one and just left the other one there.

If it's just a kids TV I would get the insigna since it is bigger for the price. I don't either TV is exceptional but doubt your kids care
