Need Excel Help - Formatting From A Data Sheet

I have a PDF that maps everything very particularly and the new version of our software cannot accommodate it.
My boss is very particular and wants the data the same way as we were able to do it before.
Basically, I have all of the raw data and need to build a macro to 'recreate' the PDF format.
I suspect it's going to be a lot of "If these values are the same, then total and sum, and put that 'here'... if they're NOT the same, then move to the next cell and start over... total and sum, and put THAT value HERE" kind of thing...
If anyone wouldn't mind, can you email me and we can coordinate some support?
TIA

Pretty vague description here...I've done a number of macros and things, so can offer to help, but I'm not sure what I'm getting into.

Is this a one time deal or going to be on a regular basis?
If one time, just do it with "If" formulas and be done. You will spend more time building the macro.
If regular, it will still be worth your time to do it once with formulas and then use those as a basis for your macro. You will need to write them either way.
