I have a Samsung 650 flat screen (yeah, it's an older model) and I want to add a set of speakers to improve the audio. Built ins point strait down and muffle the audio. Also want to get Netflix or Hulu. What is the best way to do this? I have Wifi and a Cox DVR so I don't know what the best option is to set that up.

Thanks for helping out someone who is electronics deficient. Merry Christmas.

If you don't have a smart tv, you'll need a streaming device to get Netflix. An Apple TV , Roku, x box or even a cheap ( about $75) wifi blue ray player.

Just buy a sound bar unless you are interested in buying a receiver and setting up a surround sound system.

As previously mentioned, you will need a streaming device for Netflix, Hulu, etc.

I think some of the sound bars have streaming apps in them. Two birds.

No, but most have bluetooth that you can connect with your phone and stream that way.
