My iPhone won't show up on iTunes on my surface book...

..I've googled this to no end or success. Anyone had he same problem or tips to help?

I had this problem on my 6+. I plugged it in to my computer then restart my computer and reopened iTunes. If that doesn't work, my next guess would be to keep my iPhone plugged in to the computer and do a hard restart on the iPhone.

Make sure the phone is unlocked when you plug it in, sometimes that'll hang it up for some reason.
