Multiple Twitter accounts, 1 feed

Is there an app or plugin that would allow me to view a combined feed, as opposed to having to switch between my personal and professional accounts? I like receiving my information all at once, just don't want professional followers to also see that I'm also following big titties daily on my personal account.

TweetDeck allows you to have multiple accounts up at once.

I've found tweetdeck difficult to use on my phone. Was hoping to just have one consolidated stream for multiple accounts even as opposed to multiple streams at once. Thank above for suggestions I'll fool around with it more.
