Yeah moto x is an awesome phone, but I cant justify the extra $130 at the moment.

I have a Moto X and love it! I would recommend this phone to anyone. Unless the person is just stuck on iPhone.

349 for the 32gb model no contract.

thats a hard choice between $349 for N5 and $349 for motoX

it seems google/motorola always drops the phone price on their store right before new models.

the N4 was selling for $199 right before the N5 launched.

I'm due for an upgrade (Verizon) in a couple weeks and I was thinking of getting an S4 but didn't want something quite that big. How is the Moto X in comparison to the S4? I've had a Motorola before and wanted to smash it after about 9 months so I'm hesitant to get another one.

In all honesty I would stop with the upgrade cycle if you can

i do this..even though i'm out of contract on phones.

i sold my nexus 4 for $50 less than i bought a nexus 5 for.

so its not just the ones locked into carrier subsidies that are a victim to upgradeitis.

i honestly think my nexus 4 was pretty damn good and i really did not need a N5..but i like it!
