Let's Talk About Trello

Any heavy users in here? After moving around to different productivity tools for more than a few years (even on Trello twice before) I decided to dump everything in, slim down my main to do lists (was keeping one for home and one or work), and reorganizing a few boards together.
It's been seriously working the last few weeks (although that's the case for many systems/software in the early phases). It's all in follow through, and keeping up to date, and feeling comfortable when you're done.
Trello has made that so super simple.
Some things I've done over the last week specifically:
--Combining my boards allowed me to combine calendars and feed that out so my main task board has a full calendar feed
--Scrum for Trello Even for personal use
--Set up more labels
--Setting up a forwarding address and filter in gmail. Email something to myemail+trello@gmail.com creates a card
I've been gold before, and will probably do that again this week as sticking with it has been easy.
--Next step: Really digging into keyboard shortcuts.
Any other tips?
My only issue is creating cards quickly. So the email method works, but that's still too many steps. Creating cards in trello - Eh. I'd love to be able to create a task in Google or on my phone that creates a card quickly in a particular board. --Alfred (yeah I had a thread about that too, researched but haven't pulled the trigger) can do it with a workflow.
