Keyboard and mouse for iPad

I am pretty much illiterate when it comes to technology. Thinking of purchasing an iPad but would like to know if there are any keyboards and mice that are compatible with it. TIA.

why would you want a mouse for a small touchscreen tablet? I get the keyboard part but just touch the screen. There would be no mouse even made for it due to it not having a cursor.

To be fair, when you connect a mouse to an android device, a pointer appears and it functions just like on a pc. Apple just doesn't have that functionality that I know of.

Buy the apple bluetooth keyboard. Works extremely well and allows you to have simultaneous bluetooth connections at the same time.
