Just recently had Outlook 2013 installed on my new work laptop and most of...

my emails show up as SPAM...I'm getting all the emails, but I don't want them to say SPAM..I would greatly appreciate help on how to fix this.

I've check-marked the add all my contacts to the safe sender list, and check-marked automatically add people to the safe sender list under that tab, and they still show up as SPAM.

If you mean the subject is prepended with the word

Then it's most likely done at the server level or you have a 3rd party add-in installed.

Talk to your IS department..If this is a server level restriction, they would like to know

If it is done at the server level via spam filtering software, your IT department can add you to the exception list to not be filtered (Providing the software has that capability and providing they are allowed to do it)
