iTunes issues

Got a new iPhone6 today and have been transferring my music since I got back. Missing about 125 songs...which I have noticed are the most recently purchased. I go to iTunes store and those purchases are not showing up for me to restore. I have tried every solution and researched via search engines how to get them - no luck.
Any ideas how to get these? If I bought them, they must be somewhere. However, I have never been one to restore and sync my phone to the CPU on a daily basis.

They should be in iCloud. Did you sync to iCloud yet?
