IT peeps will understand this (Every time I open IE in server)

I haven't opened IE in years. Is that some sort of error message? It's too small to read.

You would only know if you administered servers on windows server 2003. The reason it's funny to me is that I would turn IE sec off and every time I would log in to another server or deploy one I would see this.

Why would you be adding third party software to a server? Especially a browser. It's pretty dumb to surf on a server with elevated credentials.
