Is this deal for a 60" 4K Sharp Aquos on Fry's.com legit?

Sharp Aquos 60" 4k Smart for $268.
Normally, this a moronic question, but Fry's has a decent track record, and I've never had an issue with them.
What am I missing here?

they offer these specials to get people in the store on the weekends, then only sell a few at that price. Not a bad tactic, if a little underhanded.

At that price I would just buy it and see what happens. But, no Fry's in my area.

Could you use the ad for a price match guarantee at Wal Mart or Best Buy? That would be sweet.
