Is $249 for a 29 in samsung a good deal?

My wife wants to get a $249 29 in samsung from qvc wit 5 payments of 49.99. It is for the guest room. Is that a good deal and is buying a tv from hsn and qvc good quality tvs or no?

i bought a 50" LED for $289 at walmart a couple years back so thats a horrible deal.

We only looked into it because we don't have $250 just laying around if we did I would buy a tv outright

Go to best buy and get their 29" insignia, great little TV, like $140, and has a surprisingly great picture.
