My son entered his PW incorrectly more than the alloted number of times and was locked out of his it. Is there anyway I can unlock it without losing any info?

If it says disabled then no

Its been locked for about 2 1/2 hours. Should I wait till the morning before I attempt a restore?

Does it says disabled or is there a count down?
