Iphone Storage Problem

My IPhone just randomly ran out of storage yesterday. It was fine two days ago. When I try to delete photos and messages, they reappear after I close the app. I have tried to delete apps, but still have no storage after they are deleted. Any help will be much appreciated

I have the same issues on my 5c. Seems to have started after I updated to 8.4 or whatever it is now. My cloud storage is aost full also.

Yeah, I just updated my 5s. I cant receive texts either. It is very confusing. I would honestly just undo the update, which hasn't been very helpful in the first palce.
