iPhone photos and cloud storage

so my moms got a 16gb 6s and of course has no storage. is their anyway to upload photos to cloud get them off the device but still be able to view them under the photos app through the cloud?

Here's how to set up the built in iCloud photo storage. LINK You only get 5GB free, so if her photos take up more than that and you don't want to pay, you'll need to consider solutions like Google+ or the free photo storage you get if you're an Amazon Prime member.

I can only speak for myself but i've got unlimited storage via Amazon for my photos (with my prime subscription). I regularly back up all the good photos I really want to save onto my 2 TB external hard drive and usually keep the number of pics on my phone fairly low

With the prime photos is their a way to access the photos through an app that is seamless like the photos app on the iPhone
