iPhone 6 pricing

Is wal-mart or sams still the cheapest option for iPhone 6? If I recall they were $70 or so less that other stores a few months back.

I saw Bestbuy is temporarily offering $50 back, plus paying up to $200 for an iphone 5 trade in. With Sams/Walmart, can you still sign up for the 0% financing option (ATT Next)? Also, how long before the new iphones come out do the old ones generally have a price drop? I have trying to find that out for a couple of weeks with no luck. Assuming the new phones come out in September, it MAY be worth waiting a couple of months for the price drop, but I have never paid close attention in the past so I have no way of knowing.
