iPad Mini screen replacement

wife (no pics) shattered her iPad mini screen and the local place wants $150 to replace it. I can buy a new one for around $200, so I won't be replacing at that cost. Anyone ever done this on your own? How difficult is it? If if that's tough, I'll sell this one for parts.

I replaced mine with a screen I got on Amazon. Make sure to get one with the button. Took about 40 min to get everything done. Many videos on how to do it on YouTube. Cost me about 35 dollars. You just have to be careful and meticulous. Otherwise an easy task.
