Been on it for months now. It's great. I pretty much stay on betas thanks to having a dev account with apple. They do public betas too.

I have considered doing a public beta before. Kind of related - when you do the betas are you sharing extra information (more than usual, I guess)? I tried one awhile back and I remember seeing a message about certain components or usage being made available to Apple? Could be wrong, though. I suppose that's the purpose of the beta to begin with.

Probably, there is an opt in or opt out page for reporting stuff to Apple, but I am sure they still get info if you opt out.
