Internet Services in CBD

Just moved to New Orleans yesterday, and staying in a hotel until my apt is ready in CBD. Considering the cord cutting as described on here. I know that uverse has Internet in CBD, but they don't seem to get a good wrap. Please point me in the direction of the best internet service provider.
