Getting the message of "not enough space in device storage. delete some files and try again" whenever I try to refresh my email inbox. I go to "My Files" folder and it says my device storage is 15.52 GB out of 16.00 GB. But when I click on my device storage and highlight every folder listed it only shows about 1.7 GB. Where is all of this other crap coming from? I have an SD card in where I store all of my pics, videos, apps, etc.

Sounds like you need to delete some apps. Do you have any that stream music? Sometimes they'll keep a pretty large cache file that takes up a lot of space. Check individual app for that.

Plug it into your computer and find out. Maybe texts and Internet cached pages

I have it. But it'll clear up a several MB at a time. I'm still stuck with 15 GB of stuff and I don't know where it's coming from. I have moved all of my apps to my sim card, but I guess all the info is still saved on my phone. I just don't see how I have 15 GB worth of apps on this phone.

you need to root it and delete all those bloatware apps that come preinstalled and don't let you remove them.
