Everytime I get in my vehicle my music from my IPhone automatically starts playing. I hate this. I want my iPhone to automatically connect to Bluetooth but I do not want my music to start automatically playing.

How do I fix this?

Look in media settings and turn off auto-play.

I don’t see that option in media in Sync. Where do I find it?

Chevy MyLink does this too and it’s extremely annoying. I’ve looked into it and the default settings don’t have an option to turn off auto play. I’ve gotten in the habit of not turning my Bluetooth on until I’m already driving.

That's annoying. I would think there would be a setting somewhere.

Google search turned up this

I've got a Silverado so i've dealt with this too, it's annoying. I've learned that if i'm listening to music from my phone while driving, either a playlist or a music app, when i turn my truck off it will go right back to that music the next time i start my truck. So before i turn my truck off, i switch back to the radio and the radio comes on the next time i start it.
If i have Pandora or anything playing from my phone before i get in my truck, it picks it up as soon as i turn it on. If i close out of all of the music apps, it doesn't happen.
