I know that you can get it on KODI. So, a Fire TV would probably be your best bet? Not sure if it's on Apple TV

Their website says it works on safari. I'm assuming you can use safari on Appletv.

If you're referring to accessing sites that are banned in a specific country, then a good vpn should work
