Does anybody have a simple method to do this? I've tried a few times to no avail and just checking to see if anyone has some easy to follow step by step instructions. Thanks in advance.

Looks pretty easy to use. Easier than anything else I've found on my own

Yep...comparing the two, prism takes forever to convert and tries to charge you for extras. Handbrake is no fuss and takes about 1/10th of the time prism does. Again, thanks to everyone for the advice but I think Handbrake is the winner here

Echo this - a little learning curve (not too bad) and then you can do almost anything with containers and transcoding.
