Help with itunes and new/used computer

I inherited a computer from a family member. I Deleted itunes and reinstalled with my info. My libary does not pull up and her stuff is still popping up in itunes.

You need to figure out where Itunes was saving her music too. Delete all of that and uninstall itunes. Then reinstall with your information. Also you need to set where you want itunes to save and reference for all of your music.
Simply uninstalling itunes I believe does NOT delete all the music you have on there. The folders should still be there containing all the music
