The HDHomeRuns just need to be on the same network as the PC in order for WMC to recognize them. I have two which gives me four tuners, i.e., record two while viewing two, record one while viewing three, etc. The two HDHomeRuns are connected to a single antenna using a splitter.

The broadcast signal is distributed to the TV sets over ethernet. Each TV has an XBox 360 serving as a media renderer. I also have a Roku box for each TV connected over wireless. A Harmony remote handles all the swapping of inputs when switching from one to the other.

It sounds complicated but it really isn't. I've been using this setup for almost a year and it's been rock solid. It certainly has paid for itself already.
