Having problems with my cox Contour boxes

Does anyone have Cox Contour and are experiencing issues with it. Its driving me crazy 
I pay over 200 a month for Cox and it is absolute shite. Sorry I just need to vent

My only problem is that it appears that they don't support 3rd party remotes, making my Harmony difficult to use with it.

I have the first gen with no problems. Also, my harmony works just fine.

Only problem I Just noticed the other day is that it deleted all the "favorites" I added, for movies & shows I intended to go back and watch at some point

I have issues with mine all the time. The two boxes stop syncing together at least once a week.

Haven't had a problem with mine as of yet, call them and give them a good ole bitch'n
