I had to pick up a new phone last week after I shattered the screen on my 5. I went with the 6 and after starting a thread about cases I found a Spigen Slim Armor - (Gunmetal color) case at a local store that sells Apple products. I keep my phone in my back pocket but I do take it out to sit down so I have not had any problems. My wife accidently sat on it last night on the couch when she sat down to feed the baby and still no problems.

Just wondering who might have had experience with phone bending.

It was a phony story and a pretty good case study on how easy it is to permeate the populace with nonsense.

The few cases of bending were with the 6+, not the 6.

Do a google image search of "bent iPhone 6+" if it were a real issue, you would see hundreds of different phones bent. In reality almost all of the pics are screenshots from the unbox therapy video and the others are either the same 2 or 3 phones we saw that started this whole "bentgate" or photoshopped images.

"With normal use a bend in iPhone is extremely rare," Apple said.

Unless I misread this, it seems that Apple acknowledges that it happens

Sticking with the truth usually works best.

In normal use?

Based on all nine complaints out of millions sold?

I'll bet there's not a current phone out there I can't bend "outside of normal use".

Really...?

Maybe you could put together some links where I deny things said about android, and defend them

ETA: I have until around 4 today, but I can check back in the morning too

The question was "do they bend"

If one does, the above answer would be yes

I don't doubt that, but the question was "does the Iphone bend" the answer is YES, and that is from Apple

That's not what I had in mind. What you do do is consistently try to rile up Apple users with your needless attacking when you could just stay out of the thread when you have nothing to offer. You are just an Android homer. Just take all your posts in this thread and read them again and tell me what exactly you are contributing to this thread.
