Has anyone passed Salesforce 201 Admin Exam without paying

for the expensive Salesforce 5 day course?
If you passed, was going through old practice exams enough for you?
Any specific websites you may recommend?

I hold 5 certs from Salesforce and about to get my TA in front of review board in Q3.
I would immerse yourself in the Trailheads. Also, Dev cert is easier than Admin. I would study for Admin and take both Dev / Adm.
There is not substitute for the ADM201 course for immersive learning, but you can pass the test with the trailheads and other resources.
PRobably not up to date with the latest releases, but you can get a good feel here:

My company integrated SF as our CRM system last year, they only trained us for 1 day. Needless to say I doubt we are using it to its full capabilities.
