Google calendar sync with outlook help

My work uses outlook as our standard email and calendar program but also uses google apps(without email) for other things. Someone in our department but at another worksite made a private google calendar and directed us to subscribe to view it. I'm on a Mac &siphoned and want to import the events into my outlook 2011 calendar so that it all syncs up.
Here's what I tried
1. Adding the Google account into my iPhone but it won't work because of the Mail issue.
2. Importing the calendar into the Mac calendar then trying to sync. It shows my personal Google calendar but not the one I had to subscribe to.
3. Google calendar app but that doesn't bring my outlook calendar over.
Is there anything I can do to get it all in one place?

This is an ongoing problem for me as well. I honestly haven't found a great way around it, so I use my phone to check calendar conflicts rather than my Outlook client.
I've yet to get my IT department to authorize it, but I think there may be a way to publish a calendar to a WebDav server, and then sync it to a Google calendar. Would be interest if you're able to give that a shot.

Thanks I'll try that and update with results.
