Galaxy Pro 8.4 cm12

,I picked up the Galaxy Pro 8.4 inch after Christmas for $199 special at Best Buy. it has been a very good tablet but just like any other Samsung product there seems to be a little lag. I just rooted the thing and loaded cm12 to get the latest lollipop build and man this thing is fast and smooth as butter. Anyone else try this?

I'm rooted running stock 5.0.2
Contemplating doing this...is cyanogen the way to go?
*update* ok...I installed it last night...got worried for a minute, but then realized I had to also load the gapps file. Also, just realized I have to toggle root access through the developer options. So, running Cyanogenmod 12 and will be able to do the tweaks after rooting this evening

Super smooth compared to stock touch wiz... I am loving it... What kind of tweaks have you done?
