Find me a cheap 40"-45" tv, Tech board...

Looking for something in the 40"-45" range, thin with minimal bezel. Budget $350. Would prefer decent brand (not scepter or whatever). Not against old model, 1080p, possibly refurbished.

Is the 40-45" size for budget purposes or because that's the size you need?

is a pretty good deal and meets your requirements. You won't really be able to notice the difference between 1080 and 4K with the 43" model. Maybe with the $400 49" model if you sit close. Still, I like LG and it meets your size and budget requirements, and is new.
ETA: Sorry, didn't realize that it was a random pickup only store.

Walmart has a Sanyo 50" for $338 right now.

I'm pretty sure that any 50" will be over 24" tall.
I would check up on slickdeals daily. Something meeting your requirements will come up within a week or two. And Black Friday is two weeks away. It's not as good of a deal day as it used to be, but there will be plenty of options online.
If your budget is strict and you need it ASAP, the off brands aren't the end of the world. Only 3 or 4 companies make the panels used by all brands.

Walmart will have a 40" for 125 on black Friday. I'm grabbing one of those along with a chromebook for 119.

Saw a 48 at Best Buy yesterday for 259.

Ended up getting a 43" 1080p vizio from Walmart for $250. Satisfied.
