Eatel internet speed issues?

In the 7 years I have had Eatel, this is only the 2nd or 3rd time I can recall where I am experiencing an issue.
I pay for 100 down and 50 up. Currently getting 25 down and 15 up and having "timeout" and "no response" messages unlike any other time before. Happening on 3 computers (1 work and 2 personal).
For what it's worth, I had Eatel reset the box outside remotely and I rebooted my wireless router. I also bypassed my router and plugged directly into the wall with the same speed results.
Anyone else having this issue? Or is this an isolated problem?

I was the other day.. I have the 50 down and 25 up and was only getting like 3 down...I unplugged the cable from my modem and plugged it back it, cycled my WiFi connection on my phone and it was hitting about 57 down and 26 up... Who knows, try it..

Speed has come to almost a complete stop. Now only getting 2 down and 2 up.
I'll try your recommendation, however I don't have a modem and didn't think Eatel required them.

I just spoke with Eatel again. Representative said that it is a known problem in my area - not isolated and that routine maintenance on Monday evening (between 2 and 5 a.m.) should correct it.
We'll see.

Mine has slowed but not that much. Ive been having a ton of issues with my Lightwave also. When I call its either a mechanical issue on their end that they are almost done fixing (yea right), an issue at the hub in my area that they just found and are fixing or the dreaded solar flairs. Yes, Ive been fed this bullshite excuse of solar flairs are effecting my TV/Internet signal several times in the last 6 months.......bullshite

Scheduled "maintenance" appeared to do the trick for me. Speeds are back up to 100 down and 50 up. Eatel even followed up with me this morning to ensure everything was good on my end.

This has never happened to me. Guess Im a pain in the arse customer.
