Eatel and receiver issue

I'm having issues with the sound from the receiver and the words coming out of people's mouth not lining up. The sound is just a little bit ahead. It's mainly happening using the box from Eatel. On movies, it works right. Anyone else experience this issue?
My receiver is the Yamaha rx-v375.

There should be a audio delay setting or lip sync. Look at your manual to see how to change the setting.
