I have had various HEPA filters in the house and they work well for low dust environments. Is there anything that just sucks a large quantity of dust out of the air? I have a storage room that is impossible to dust in the traditional manner and want to knock down the quantity of dust.

You probably won't improve the effects of the HVAC much. Maybe an air purifier in the room(assuming it has an outlet)?

There's only a window unit. I was wondering if there was some type of high flow air filter to pick up lots of dust.

The big Honeywell hepa I have has a filter that you can vacuum. Maybe look into something for a woodworking shop possibly.

Try a box fan with an expensive air filter from Home Depot taped on the back of it. That'll work for larger particles. For smaller particles, you need an air purifier with a HEPA filter. For a large sized room, look at Honeywell, Coway, or Winix
